Karl Hadley

With over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, startups and technology consulting, Karl has deep expertise in building and running applications across both consumer and operations organizations.  

At HappyFunCorp, Karl leads multidisciplinary teams of senior strategists, UX designers and engineers across the full product lifecycle from ideation and architecture through launch and iteration. He helps clients solve complex challenges, such as launching new products, increasing utilization, driving long-term cost reduction, growing revenue and strengthening regulatory compliance. 

Prior to HappyFunCorp, Karl held senior product and program management roles at JPMorgan Chase, where he spearheaded large-scale technology resiliency initiatives and helped design on-premises cloud infrastructure during the early wave of enterprise cloud adoption. He also led program management efforts at a hedge fund and a database automation startup, equipping him with a deep understanding of both enterprise systems and agile, consumer-facing innovation. 

Karl earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ohio State University. Outside of work, he is an avid student pilot, manages a small residential investment business and continues to embody the leadership and service values that shaped him as an Eagle Scout.
