Holly Zappa is the CEO of HappyFunCorp, a product development consultancy that works with companies and organizations to design, build and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. As CEO, Holly sets the company’s strategic direction, leading cross-functional teams to ensure every engagement delivers adaptable, future-proof solutions built to succeed in each client’s unique environment. She leads with a philosophy rooted in collaboration, curiosity and long-term partnership to fuel HappyFunCorp’s growth. 

Ravi Asnani is the managing director of engineering at HappyFunCorp,a full-service product development consultancy that helps companies design, build, and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. With 15 years of experience, he brings deep technical expertise and product intuition to projects ranging from early-stage startups to complex enterprise systems. His work spans all facets of software engineering, including product discovery, architecture, development and scalability, across industries as diverse as e-commerce, organ transplant logistics, museums and architecture. 


Jonathan Zaleski is the director of technical architecture at HappyFunCorp, a full-service product development consultancy that helps companies design, build and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. With over 20 years of experience spanning startups, Fortune 500s and R&D teams, Jonathan blends deep technical expertise with a sharp product mindset to architect high-performing, scalable systems. 


Milos Roganovic is the director of design at HappyFunCorp, a full-service product development consultancy that helps companies design, build, and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. . With over 15 years of experience in product design and strategy, Milos excels at distilling complex problems into clean, functional design systems. His hands-on approach guides projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring consistency, accessibility and adaptability across platforms and industries. 


Karl Hadley is the managing director at HappyFunCorp, a full-service product development consultancy that helps companies design, build and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. With over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, startups and technology consulting, Karl has deep expertise in building and running applications across both consumer and operations organizations. 


Kelly Woods is the Financial Controller at HappyFunCorp, where she partners with executive leadership to align financial strategy with long-term business goals. With over 20 years of SaaS experience, including four successful acquisitions, Kelly has built a track record of refining financial systems, improving transparency, and driving sustainable profitability. At HFC, she ensures financial discipline, fosters accountability, and serves as a key liaison to parent company Tiny. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and horseback riding.


Amanda Halle is the (Fractional) Director of People at HappyFunCorp, a full-service product development consultancy that helps companies design, build, and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. With over 15 years of HR and leadership experience, Amanda specializes in building adaptive people systems and scalable programs that foster high performance across globally distributed teams.
