Amanda Halle

Amanda Halle is the (Fractional) Director of People at HappyFunCorp, a full-service product development consultancy that helps companies design, build, and scale custom digital platforms and software solutions. With over 15 years of experience spanning leadership consulting, learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR technology partnerships, she brings a systems-based approach to building adaptive organizations.

At HappyFunCorp, Amanda oversees the full employee lifecycle, shaping the people infrastructure that underpins the company’s design-driven engineering model. She partners with leaders across the business to align talent, culture, and operations with client delivery, helping teams thrive in fast-moving and complex environments.

Before joining HFC, Amanda built, operated, and advised more than 50 organizations—from startups to multinational corporations. She has designed high-impact leadership programs for companies including Microsoft, Google, Verizon, and Harvard, and created scalable people practices at high-growth tech firms such as LiveIntent. In 2021, she founded Mindful Growth Partners, a consultancy dedicated to fractional HR leadership.

A proud New Jersey native, Amanda is also a step-mom of three boys, twin mom to boy/girl twins, dog mom, avid fitness enthusiast, and novice gardener.
