Ravi Asnani

With 15 years of experience, he brings deep technical expertise and product intuition to projects ranging from early-stage startups to complex enterprise systems. His work spans all facets of software engineering, including product discovery, architecture, development and scalability, across industries as diverse as e-commerce, organ transplant logistics, museums and architecture.  

At HappyFunCorp, Ravi leads globally distributed engineering teams, setting high standards for code quality, architecture and collaboration. He partners closely with clients to guide them through critical decisions, including build-versus-buy, trade-offs and incorporating AI-powered features into products. Known for his thoughtful approach to platform engineering, Ravi has been instrumental in scaling HappyFunCorp’s engineering culture around autonomy, trust and technical excellence.  

Prior to HappyFunCorp, Ravi served in various software engineering roles at Tradus, an ecommerce marketplace initially part of the ibibo Group, and GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company and trusted partner in design, data, and digital engineering for the world’s largest and most innovative companies. He went on to build products for a range of startups and mid-sized companies.  

Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from Rajasthan Technical University. Outside of work, he’s a proud dad, credit rewards enthusiast and curious experimenter with emerging technologies and AI tools.
