Milos Roganovic

With over 15 years of experience in product design and strategy, Milos excels at distilling complex problems into clean, functional design systems. His hands-on approach guides projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring consistency, accessibility and adaptability across platforms and industries.  

At HappyFunCorp, Milos leads the design function with a focus on systems thinking and collaboration. He works closely with clients, engineers and product teams to craft intuitive user experiences that span healthcare, financial services, automotive and social impact sectors. Known for his “Lego mentality” in design, Milos builds modular, scalable design systems that empower teams and evolve with user needs. A testament to his work, Milos led design and now serves as an advisor for TezLab, a leading Tesla and Rivian vehicle management app. 

Prior to HappyFunCorp, Milos held design leadership roles at The Breton Group, a marketing firm specializing in corporate, real estate and retail products and services, and Atelier Design Group, where he spearheaded branding, web and print design for national commercial real estate clients. 

Milos holds a degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a degree in graphic design from The Art Institute of New York. Based in Elk Grove, California, he is a lifelong Lego enthusiast and an active experimenter with AI tools, exploring how emerging technologies can enhance user-centered design.
