Lauren Griffin

Lauren Griffin is the Director of People at HappyFunCorp, and a strategic People & Operations leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-growth organizations across digital services, agencies, and multi-entity operations. She has deep expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, talent strategy, HR systems, and performance management. She brings a builder's mindset to creating people infrastructure that actually works for fast-moving teams.

At HappyFunCorp, Lauren partners with leadership across the business to align talent, culture, and operations with the demands of client delivery. Architecting HR systems from scratch where needed and embedding deeply with teams to improve org health, manager effectiveness, and team sustainability. Prior to becoming Director of People, Lauren worked as a Product Manager leading strategy, design, and development of web and mobile products.That firsthand experience building digital products gives her a distinct lens on how to support engineering, product, and design teams. She's known for helping leadership teams create clarity, accountability, and operational rigor while building high-performing, values-driven cultures in distributed environments.

Before returning to HappyFunCorp, Lauren built People and Operations functions at startups and home services companies. A former attorney, she began her career as a Deputy Prosecutor and Senior Associate Attorney before pivoting into people leadership, bringing that same rigor to scaling talent systems and supporting organizations through periods of significant change.

Outside of work, Lauren loves cooking and entertaining for family and friends, checking new countries off her travel list, and is an unapologetic Bravo fan.
