As Financial Controller at HappyFunCorp, Kelly Woods leads the company’s financial management and operational efficiency, working closely with executive leadership to ensure financial strategy supports long-term business objectives. She has played a key role in shifting the finance function from a reactive role to a proactive, value-adding partner, providing clear, data-informed insights that guide strategic decisions. Her focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and transparent performance metrics has strengthened financial discipline and improved alignment between business goals and financial strategies.

Since joining HappyFunCorp two years ago, Kelly has streamlined financial reporting and refined the company’s budgeting and forecasting model, equipping leaders with the tools and clarity needed for confident decision-making. She also serves as the financial liaison to HappyFunCorp’s parent company, Tiny, supporting financial transparency across a wide portfolio of projects.

Kelly brings more than two decades of experience in SaaS to her role, having held senior finance leadership positions in the Real Estate and Ed-Tech sectors. She successfully guided four companies through acquisitions and exit strategies, while implementing ERP systems, enhancing reporting accuracy, and driving process improvements that positioned each business for sustainable growth.

Beyond her professional work, Kelly enjoys hiking and horseback riding, reflecting her love of the outdoors and balanced approach to life.
