Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of business, product, and technology. His career has spanned both the client and agency sides of the business, as well as startups, growing companies, and global enterprises. He has built products and businesses from the ground up, led cross-functional teams, developed go-to-market strategies, and helped organizations translate business objectives into products, processes, and technology.

Jeff takes an outcome-focused approach to strategy and execution, with an emphasis on outcomes over output. He works to connect business objectives with the people, processes, and technology required to deliver value, bringing together perspectives from executives, customers, sales, product, design, and technology.

His work has included AI, fintech, commerce, loyalty, and other digital businesses, giving him a broad perspective on how technology can create new products, improve how businesses operate, and open new paths to growth.
